# Agent Library – A Place to Put All the Stuff Your Agents Make

These days I’ve been using lots of different agents and platforms. I love Grok Bot, use Muse regularly, am playing with Instinct, and still regularly use Pi, Claude/Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Codex. One of the challenges I had, though, was I often couldn’t remember which platform various artifacts were in and I was copy/pasting things around all the time. Sometimes I’d create a reference design mockup in Claude, but then need to get it in my Pi harness to implement. Sometimes I’d write up a project plan in ChatGPT but have to find the thread and then copy/paste it back into another tool to implement it. Sometimes I’d generate screenshots or videos for marketing or just as build proofs/verifications from my agents and then have trouble remembering which model built it and where that artifact was stored. It all got to be a bit too much – so I built something.

[Agent Library](https://github.com/croutoncreations/agent-library) is my shared repository for all the stuff my agents make. Markdown files, PDFs, screenshots and videos, HTML, or whatever I’m building these days. I can give any of my agents read and/or write access with MCP and decide who gets access to what. This lets my Claude agent push the reference design and my Pi harness pick it up in a parallel session without having to copy/paste back and forth. It also gives me an easy place for my agents to drop things I need to review like implementation plans, product specs, notes for a meeting, or whatever and easily get access on my phone, my laptop, or wherever I’m at. And it maintains a document history to know who made changes, roll back to previous edits in case my agent (or I) messed it up by accident, and ensure I can see how the draft evolved over time if I have multiple agents working on it.

I tried using Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, etc., but none quite fit what I wanted. Most had very little in terms of access control so I had to give no access or really wide access – or manage a ton of one-off sharing permissions which got too clunky. Some of them don’t handle markdown well, which is my most used file format with agents these days. And it was just hard to have something general purpose enough to work for all the different file formats I work with agents on and still have a good history, mobile viewer, and simple interface for agents to interact with it.

The code is available on [GitHub](https://github.com/croutoncreations/agent-library) and you can just ask your agent to set it up for you in a few minutes. I’m also considering a hosted version so you don’t have to set it up yourself. If that’s something you’d use, reply and let me know.
